HFCC will offer a five-day seminar titled ‘Power-Up Your Communication!’ for the unemployed, under-employed and veterans from Feb. 6-10, 2012. Seating is limited and will be on a first come/first serve basis. Participants must provide proof of their employment status and veteran status.
